I have a great deal of experience as a musical director. In this role, my aim is to bring an exciting creative vision to performances; it is very important to me that excitement and innovation is injected.
For the past five years since its conception, I have been the musical director for the annual Radio City Christmas Concerts at the Liverpool Anglican Cathedral. The concert is always a sell out, with over 1000 people filling the cathedral and despite its traditional setting and feel, the concert was so special that it inspired an ultra-rare standing ovation across the cathedral after the six-choir finale of ‘Walking In The Air’, which had over 300 singers involved.
I am also the musical director for the Birkenhead Gangshow which takes place every other year at the Gladstone Theatre in Port Sunlight.
